Our service spans from inception to completion, incorporating site location, feasibility studies, funding, design and procurement, construction, fitting out and marketing/disposal. We particularly welcome the role of Employer’s Agent under the JCT ‘Design and Build’ contract, where our extensive experience can be effectively utilised to achieve optimum results on the Employer’s behalf.
We also provide a comprehensive post construction back up service once the building works are completed.
